WHO DO YOU TRUST — ONLY THOSE WHO SHARE THE TRUTH!!!

This was sent to me in the newsletter I get regularly from Zelenko Labs on Mar. 22/23

Senator Josh Hawley of Missouri’s bill to declassify intelligence information about the origins of COVID-19 just passed. Several government agencies have released intelligence estimates stating Covid was caused by a lab leak in Wuhan, China.

This is important because we do not know what sort of information Anthony Fauci and the CDC had about the origins of Covid, if they listened to the intelligence experts, or if anything was covered up. No matter what the outcome is, this is a great day for medical freedom. The Republican majority is promoting openness and transparency in public health. There is very little about public health that the government should be withholding, so this is a great step to ensure the mistakes of Covid are never repeated.

You may also find it interesting to learn that the bill passed unanimously. That means the Democrats could have released this information sooner, but deliberately chose not to, even though they knew better.

Dr. Zelenko always stood against medical tyranny, and this is a great day for medical freedom fighters everywhere.

Zelenko products are scientifically backed by ingredients you can trust!
“For children in the classroom, zinc can be quite beneficial in boosting their immune systems.

Both the innate and adaptive immune systems need zinc to be maintained at the cellular level; a zinc deficit may lead to improper cell formation and activation as well as disruption of intracellular communication, which is necessary for building a coordinated immune response against viruses.

In addition to possessing antioxidant capabilities and maintaining a balanced inflammatory response, research links zinc as a crucial component in promoting immune system health.

In comparison to a placebo, one study found that adding zinc to the diet helped children with pneumonia recover more quickly from their illness.”Keep your children healthy with Kids Z-Stack®. Over the past few months, our team has been researching ways to make our kid-friendly gummies even healthier so you know your kids are getting the very best!

It is also important for everyone to include Vitamin C, Vitamin D and Zinc that protects the body. Dr. Zelenko’s products have these ingredients in them because they are proven to benefit the body in many different ways. How To Get The Most Out Of Z-Stack

If you are not familiar with this product or Zelenko Labs, Dr. Zev Zelenko of blessed memory, was at the forefront of finding help for those who were dealing with covid and also for preventative measures to help boost the immune system and keep you healthy and strong. This 1st formula came about because of a need to have a product that didn’t require a prescription to use because the drugs, namely hydroxychlorquine and ivermectin were becoming exceedingly hard to find and therefore Dr. Zelenko researched what were good alternatives that have the same/similar results as they do and he put together this formula that has synergistic affects in the body and has helped so many people and still is. Since his passing last Jun 30/22 many other products have been formulated and are being sold and also products for children and new ones in the works. You can check out some of my previous blog posts for more information or go to the website.

How to get the most out of Z-Stack®?

Here are some great tips and tricks on the best times and methods
to take your Z-Stack® to get the incredible benefits of this powerful formula.
As labeled on the bottle, Z-Stack® is intended to take 2 capsules daily.
We advise you to start by taking one in the morning and one at night.
Below are some great tips on each of the vitamins
that are in Z-Stack® and how they are best absorbed:

For Zinc: You should take it with water or juice.
If zinc causes an upset stomach, it can be taken with meals.
Don’t take zinc at the same time as iron or calcium supplements.
A strong relationship exists between zinc and copper.
Too much of one can cause a deficiency in the other.
If you take zinc, including zinc in a multivitamin, you should also take copper.
Zinc is best absorbed when taken with a meal that contains protein.

For Vitamin D: Avocados, nuts, seeds, full-fat dairy products, and eggs
are nutritious sources of fat that help boost your vitamin D absorption.

For Vitamin C: The best way to consume vitamin C for optimum absorption
is to supplement it together with iron.
This is why it is commonplace to drink orange juice with your cereal.
The iron in the cereal helps you to better absorb the vitamin C in the orange juice.
Some other food pairings for maximized vitamin C absorption include
blueberries and oatmeal, greens with a citrus dressing,
or red bell peppers dipped in hummus.

For Quercetin: Quercetin is popular as a supplement,
often combined with other nutrients such as bromelain or vitamin C
because it is not easily absorbed and used in the body on its own.
When paired with vitamin C, it is more potent [in the body]
and vitamin C helps to regenerate quercetin within the body
(our original Z-Stack® combines both)!
As with many supplements, taking quercetin with food is recommended.
So ideally the best time to take it is with your breakfast or evening meal.

3 Benefits You May Not Know About Vitamin C

From an email I received from Zelenko Labs

3 Benefits You May Not Know About Vitamin C

1. Reduces the risk of chronic diseases: Adequate vitamin C intake has been associated with a lower risk of several chronic diseases, including heart disease, stroke, and certain types of cancer. As an antioxidant, vitamin C helps neutralize oxidative stress and inflammation, which are underlying factors in the development of these conditions.

2. Supports brain health: Vitamin C plays a crucial role in brain health by protecting neurons from oxidative stress, promoting the production of neurotransmitters, and facilitating the synthesis of certain compounds involved in brain function. Some studies have suggested that higher vitamin C intake may help reduce the risk of age-related cognitive decline and neurodegenerative disorders like Alzheimer’s disease.

3. Protects eye health: Vitamin C, along with other antioxidants like vitamin E and beta-carotene, can help reduce the risk of age-related macular degeneration (AMD) and cataracts, two common eye conditions that can lead to vision loss. These antioxidants help protect the eyes from damage caused by oxidative stress.

Make Z-Stack®, Kids Z-Stack®, Z-Flu™, and Z-DTox™ (all containing Vitamin C) a daily priority.

Dr. Zev Zelenko was RIGHT from the Start!

Dr. Zev Zelenko, may his memory be a blessing to us all, who passed on Jun 30/22, was a man of THE TRUTH! 100 Percent! With no exceptions, no baloney, ever! He wasn’t afraid to stand up to anyone who was taking away our choices in life and he was supported by some and unfortunately vilified by many. Now more and more information is coming out and the coverups, lies and deceit are coming to the forefront. Sad to say that so many-too many were misled, but hopefully now learned their lesson, as it is very easily to be “duped” by false promises and the like and it is difficult to “weed” through it all to find the small kernel of truth! Do not be fooled by the government and other entites that have colluded with them and their empty guarantees & commitments, as none are good, they are good for nothing! They are not here to help you or protect you in any way. Seek out for yourself those who are the diamond amongst the glass and who really are sincere, honest and only want what is best for you and for the good of humanity.

This is from a weekly email newsletter I get from Dr. Zelenko’s company that was sent on Tues. Jun 20/23

How long can our “experts” be wrong?

Dr. Zelenko and many of you endured years of so-called experts saying that you were wrong. They said that masks prevented transmission (evidence shows wearing masks does not have a meaningful impact) that the Covid vaccine would stop transmission and keep you from getting Covid (now they claim vaccination reduces the severity of Covid) and that the Covid vaccines are completely safe (the FDA revoked the authorization for Johnson and Johnson’s Covid vaccine in the US).

According to multiple news reports, there is further evidence that you were right about the origins of Covid as well.  White Coat Waste Project, a nonprofit organization, has been requesting documents from the US Government and talking to sources in the intelligence community. Evidence, which is expected to be declassified soon, shows that 3 researchers working in the Wuhan laboratory on a coronavirus project were the first to contract the disease.

We have compelling evidence that may soon turn into absolute proof that Covid began in a lab in China with funding from the US government. YOU were right. And so was Zev. In honor of yet another time Zev and his loyal audience saw things clearly when others let us down.

I, myself looked up the website for White Coat Waste Project and they are doing amazing work to stop the lies and corruption that is going on. Read the post there from Jun 15/23 about how covid started and Dr. Zelenko said that from the get go, as I heard it in an interview he did!

Daily Dosage Delivers Vital Nutrients

Taking the daily dosage of supplements is important for several reasons:

1. Meeting nutritional requirements: Supplements are designed to provide specific nutrients that may be lacking in your regular diet. They can help bridge the nutritional gaps and ensure that you meet your daily requirements of essential vitamins, minerals, and other nutrients.

2. Preventing deficiencies: Certain nutrients are crucial for maintaining optimal health and preventing deficiencies. For example, vitamin C is necessary for a healthy immune system. Taking the recommended daily dosage of supplements can prevent deficiencies that may lead to various health problems.

3. Ensuring consistent intake: Consistency is key when it comes to achieving the desired health benefits from supplements. Taking the daily dosage as recommended by healthcare professionals or indicated on the supplement label helps maintain a steady supply of nutrients in your body. Irregular or sporadic use may not provide the desired effects or the full benefits of the supplement.

So get the most out of your Z-Stack®, Kids Z-Stack®, Z-Flu™, Z-Shield™ and Z-DTox™ and take them daily for optimal health!

5 Things You Didn’t Know About The Amazing Ingredient, Quercetin. Amazing Sale through this weekend!

This is from an email I received from Zelenko Labs

5 things you didn’t know about the amazing ingredient, Quercetin.

1. Anti-Inflammatory Effects
One of the most important Quercetin benefits is its ability to help reduce inflammation in your body. Research has shown that Quercetin has powerful anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects. These effects are beneficial for anybody looking to boost their general health and well-being. A 2012 study published in the Journal of Research in Medical Sciences showed that 8 weeks of supplementation with a Quercetin-vitamin C combination was effective in reducing inflammation and oxidative stress.

2. Helps with Immune System Support
Another of the most valuable Quercetin benefits is its ability to help boost your body’s immune system. Research, published in the Journal of Nutrients in 2016, showed that Quercetin is a safe and effective supplement both for reducing inflammation and for improving immune system functions.

3. Promotes a Healthy Circulatory System
Quercetin has been shown to improve several factors of the circulatory system, in various studies. Here are two of the top Quercetin benefits for promoting a healthy circulatory system: Helps to promote healthy blood pressure. A 2007 study published in the Journal of Nutrients showed that Quercetin has a wonderful ability to help promote healthy blood pressure levels. Helps to promote a healthy lipid profileAgain, several studies have investigated the Quercetin benefits of promoting a healthy blood lipid profile. Therefore, Quercetin is considered one of the top 5 supplements for promoting a healthy heart.

4. May Help Reduce Stress
New research has pointed to Quercetin’s ability to reduce cortisol levels and the potential to help your body manage stress. The research is still based on animal studies, however, and more human studies are needed. In a 2010 study published in the Journal of Nutrient Biochemistry, scientists fed rats Quercetin supplements and measured their responses to stress. The researchers found that Quercetin supplements significantly reduced stress response both in behavior and in biochemical responses. For example, plasma corticosterone and adrenocorticotropic hormone levels, as well as mRNA expression of corticotropin-releasing factors were all suppressed. Additionally, a human study was published showing that Quercetin supplements may help reduce the biochemical stress responses to exercise and heat.

5. Boosts Energy Levels
For a long time, there was some debate as to whether Quercetin could be used to improve athletic performance and boost energy levels. In 2009, researchers from the University of South Carolina worked to set the record straight. Researchers at the Arnold School of Public Health produced data collected from 12 participants involved in the study. The active group was given 500 mg of Quercetin twice daily, for the seven-day study. The data showed that Quercetin supplements have the ability to improve VO2max by around 4% and to boost physical endurance by as much as 13.2%. These data were statistically significant, showing that Quercetin can, indeed, be used as an energy-boosting supplement. The scientists suggested that Quercetin may have the ability to improve the activity of mitochondria in muscle and brain cells.

GOOD TEETH FOREVER BY DR. GERARD F. JUDD

I have had this letter for a long time (since Dec. 28/14) and do not know where I got it from, but it has some great information that wanted to share. I just looked him up and he passed away on Feb. 17/07 at the age of 84. His knowledge and extensive research speaks for itself. He mentions a mouthwash, cepacol, which I would never use, and I make my own natural one, as well as, my own natural hand sanitizer and I will share those “recipes” in the next post.

Letter from Dr. Gerard F. Judd, Ph.D., Chemist, Researcher for 18 years, Professor of Chemistry for 33 yrs.

We can all stop spending billions for American dental work and research. Let me tell you why: I have learned the real causes of dental cavities and gum infection. People, including you, will now be able to take care of their own dentistry with insignificant cost, and end with perfect teeth. Cavities and gum infections are ended!

A great amount of REPUTABLE DENTAL RESEARCH proves the following:

1. Tooth cavities will be ended simply by rinsing acids off the teeth. ACIDS ALONE EAT THE ENAMEL. THERE WOULD BE NO CAVITIES IN THE WORLD if all people rinsed acids from their teeth promptly. Just sip water, milk or other liquid while eating. Water reacts with acids.

2. Foods and drinks, other than those containing acids, have no action on tooth enamel. SUGARS HAVE NO ACTION ON THE ENAMEL.

3. Bacteria cannot damage the enamel (calcium hydroxy phosphate). There is no such thing as decay of the enamel since bacteria require carbon and hydrogen to live. Billions of human and animal remains show teeth and bones are resistant to earth-bound organisms.

4. Teeth reenamalize when clean. TO MAKE TEETH CLEAN ONE BRUSHES WITH ANY BAR SOAP. Soap washes off in just 2 rinses. What about toothpastes? Glycerine in all tooth pastes is so sticky that it takes 27 washes to get it off. Teeth brushed with any toothpaste are coated with a film and CANNOT PROPERLY REENAMELIZE.

5. Taking calcium and phosphate in the diet results in reenamelization of the teeth, but only when they are clean. Bar soap does a perfect job in cleaning the surface. The enamel thickens and becomes less sensitive. Adenosine diphosphatase furnishes phosphate to teeth.

6. Gums are disinfected by brushing with any bar soap. Not only bacteria and viruses are destroyed promptly by small amounts of soap in water, but also white flies and aphids. Gardeners: Spray 1 tsp of dishwashing soap in 1 gallon of water to kill white flies and aphids.

7. Plaque, a poorly formed crystal stuck to the bottom of the enamel, is prevented and eventually removed by brushing with bar soap. Dental procedures to get the badly formed crystals off dig holes through the enamel. These cavities catch food and cause gum infection.

8. Prevention of plaque retards gum pockets. GUM POCKETS are formed as the plaque pushes the gums away from the teeth. GUM POCKETS, from 1 to 8 mm deep, ARE ALSO FORMED BY FLUORIDE, WHICH SEVERS THE PROTEIN MOLECULES ADHERING THE GUMS TO THE TEETH. SOAP PREVENTS GINGIVITIS caused by bacteria which is lodged in the gum pockets.

9. VITAMIN C AND PHOSPHATE help knit the gums back to the teeth. Pressing against the gums with fingers forces adhesive materials from the gums onto the teeth, which helps the process. Abscesses can be offset by holding Cepacol (14% alcohol) in the mouth 5 minutes.

10. “Receding gum” surgery will end when the GUM POCKETS cease. The very mention of the procedure, which involves transferring flesh from the roof of the mouth to the excised area of the gums, is a heinous and useless procedure which ought to pass into oblivion.

11. REMOVAL OF FLUORIDE FROM DRINKING WATER, PASTES OR GELS SAVES THE ENZYME ADENOSINE DIPHOSPHATASE so it can deliver phosphate to calcium at the tooth surface, RESULTING IN A BEAUTIFUL, SEMI-FLEXIBLE ENAMEL.

12. As stated above, THE GUMS CAN BE RECONNECTED TO THE TEETH BY TAKING VITAMIN C (ASCORBIC ACID) (1 tsp) with Arm and Hammer baking soda (1/2 tsp) in 1 inch of water, letting it fizz and then diluting to 1/2 to 1 cup with water, then drinking. The resulting SODIUM ASCORBATE is non-acid, very pure and a thousand times more soluble than vitamin C. SODIUM ASCORBATE IS MORE REACTIVE THAN ASCORBIC ACID (C) in building connective tissue and antibody structures and more effective in killing some viruses and bacteria.

13. Receding gums and plaque are ended when soap is used for brushing and VITAMIN C IS TAKEN DAILY AS DESCRIBED IN #12.

14. 30% of American youths ages 8-10 have no cavities. 100% of Ugandan youths ages 6-10 have no cavities. What does this tell us?

15. THE REASON UGANDAN YOUTHS HAVE 3 TIMES BETTER TEETH THAN AMERICAN YOUTHS IS BECAUSE they do not consume as many acid foods. have no fluoride in their drinking water, have regular meals rather than sipping acid drinks all day, have more calcium and phosphate in their diet, and have fewer dentists to “WORK ON” their teeth.

16. DENTAL LITERATURE says 42% OF AMERICANS OVER 65 HAVE NO NATURAL TEETH while 25% OF THOSE OVER 43 HAVE NONE.

17. Dental literature says AMERICANS AGE 43 AVERAGE 32 CAVITIES, those AGE 17 HAVE 13 CAVITIES, blacks and poverty stricken (without calcium and phosphate) have twice this and the native Americans have four times this amount. The NATIVE AMERICAN PLIGHT CAN BE BLAMED ON THEIR POOR NUTRITION, EXCESSIVE FLUORIDATION AND FREE BUT IMPROPER DENTAL CARE.

18. IF FLUORIDATION WERE EFFECTIVE IN PREVENTING CAVITIES, NATIVE AMERICANS WOULD HAVE THE LEAST CAVITIES OF ANY GROUP. THEY HAVE HAD FORCED FLUORIDATION FOR APPROXIMATELY 62 YEARS.

19. Spokesmen for national groups are beginning to notice AN ALARMING RISE IN CAVITIES AMONG CHILDREN AND TEENS. Same dentists recommend DENTAL SEALANTS, especially for older teens not previously considered candidates for the treatment. But if sealants are now ordered, AREN’T DENTISTS ADMITTING NO CONFIDENCE IN THE ABILITY OF FLUORIDE TO PREVENT CAVITIES?

20. FLUORIDE in water at I part per million INCREASED TOOTH CAVITIES in four large reliable studies 7.22.45 and 10% (average 21 %). The reason far these increases has to do with the fact that adenosine diphosphatase is destroyed by fluoride and CALCIUM FLUORIDE which slips into the enamel, IS ALIEN TO THE TOOTH COMPOSITE AND MAKES THE ENAMEL WEAK, BRITTLE AND DISCOLORED.

21. THE HEALTH OF AMERICAN TEETH WILL INCREASE TO BE VERY NEARLY PERFECT if the regimen of WATER RINSING, SOAP BRUSHING AND TAKING

CALCIUM, PHOSPHATE AND VITAMIN C IN THE DIET is implemented.

22. Fortunately, we now know the current ‘teeth perfecting protocol” of dentistry with fluoridation is flawed. IF THE EARLY ESTIMATES OF 80% TOOTH IMPROVEMENT IN CHILDRENS’ TEETH BY AGE 13 WERE TRUE, EACH AMERICAN WOULD NOW HAVE LESS THAN ONE CAVITY. That is far from true. The teeth in America are in a sorry state, AND AT THE PRESENT TIME ARE GETTING WORSE.

23. Numerous top scientists over the past 60 years have discarded the theory that fluoride helps teeth, or is a nutrient helpful to man

24. TO AVOID FLUORIDE IS TO PREVENT MORE THAN 114 AILMENTS listed with references in a book Good Teeth Birth to Death by Gerard F. Judd, Ph.D.. These 114 MEDICAL SIDE EFFECTS extend all the way from cancer down to headaches CAUSED BY 1 PPM FLUORIDE IN THE WATER. Thirteen of these side effects are proved by a double blind study on 60 patients by 12 physicians, 1 pharmacist and 1 attorney.

25. The mechanism for destruction of enzymes by fluoride has been proven by x-ray studies. Hydrogen bonds are broken by fluoride.

26. Fluoride is the smallest negative particle on the face of the earth. Since the FLUORIDE PARTICLES ARE SO SMALL and so intensely negative, THEY CONNECT WITH THE HYDROGEN BONDS HOLDING THE ENZYME COILS IN PLACE and ruin every enzyme molecule at very low concentration, around 1-3 ppm. These enzymes are often 3,000 or more times the small size of the fluoride. The effect is ruinous.

27. To avoid fluoride is to prevent the destruction of 83 enzymes listed with references in Good Teeth, Birth to Death, by Gerard F. Judd, Ph.D.. FLUORIDE IS A SEVERE BIOLOGICAL POISON. Being intensely negative, it unlatches positive hydrogen bonds in enzymes AND proteins.

28. It is fortunate we have learned fluoride is a nerve poison. FLUORIDE CAUSES CAVITIES. There is not the slightest doubt.

29. Methylmercury formed from amalgams in the body is deadly. It causes brain disease. Fillings made of quartzite and epoxy are a safe substitute.

30. Fluoride harms the economy by MAKING PEOPLE PURCHASE OTHER THAN CITY WATER to avoid it. It also harms the economy by making people dependent an undependable professions that know nothing about it. Ignorance about fluoride and what it does is worldwide.

31. Keep the teeth moist. Teeth that are dry “craze” (crack). If you chew ice, teeth may crumble. Teeth do have a breaking strength.

32. LOOK IN YOUR MOUTH. Tell the dentist(s) what you want done and get several bids for examination and work. Save your fortunes.

We now know we can cancel the green light given by Harry Truman with the help of Congress TO SUBSIDIZE DENTISTRY. BILLIONS OF DOLLARS BEING WASTED in this regard (Public Law 755, June 24,1948) CAN NOW BE RETURNED TO THE TAXPAYERS.

I hope you will put this information in the hands of your Congress persons so they and we may alert the newspapers, radio and TV stations, magazines, and all other news media as well as their friends, families, and associates about this giant leap in dental technology.

I ask for your feedback on this letter and I would also like you to ask for feedback from the ones you contact. THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT!

Respectfully yours,

Plus 3 days: May 29 through 31 = 31 days Grand Total!! on The S.O.S.O. Free Plan™

Plus 3 days: May 29 through 31 = 31 days Grand Total!!

May 29/19 – 29th day on The S.O.S.O. Free Plan™

Today I did alot of walking and feeling the hunger later in the day and ate 2 servings of rice, 2 servings of oatmeal and salad. I am also feeling tired because was a warmer day and didn’t get enough sleep. I feel like I need more protein and iron, had some White Mulberries, mentioned previously, as per serving of 3 Tbsp. has 20% iron, 130% Vit. C, 8% calcium, 3g protein and contains polyphenols (like found in grapes & red wine), flavonoids, anthocyanims, alkaloids and resveratrol. Other then that, nothing else to report.

May 30/19 – 30th day on The S.O.S.O. Free Plan™

Nothing new to report. I am looking forward to eating overt fats again, as feel it is time to add them back and also may be I am missing some nutrients the way have been eating. I do not know for sure because only a blood test would let me know, but even that is not 100 percent foolproof, because I do not eat the S.A.D. way of most of the population and the standardized results of their blood testing is geared towards them and not to a long time whole food vegan, like myself.

May 31/19 – 31st day on The S.O.S.O. Free Plan™

I reached the 31st day successfully. It is the last day on this plan and will be starting a modified plan that will start tonight after sundown, which is The Sabbath. Here is information on that.

2nd Month: June 1 through June 30/19

I may not necessarily report daily, unless have something new to say, but more of a weekly summary update. I will continue now with a modified S.O.S. Free Plan, to reiterate what stated previously, I will be eating overt fats, only small amount of salt that are in products and sweeteners – stevia, coconut crystals/sugar or date sugar. I will leave out oils completely, which are not whole food anyway.

Ultimate Guide to Staying Healthy in the Colder Months by Herbal Papaya

Ultimate Guide to Staying Healthy in the Colder Months by Herbal Papaya

http://www.herbalpapaya.com

The colder months provide us with a certain nostalgia, of changing foliage and winter wonderland memories. Don’t let this cold season be tainted with feeling less than your best.

As the weather gets colder and more friends start getting the flu, it’s time to take a step back and look into what we should be doing for our own health this holiday season.

You may hear time and time again that your body is a temple and you should treat it as such, but have you taken the time to think about what that means for your busy lifestyle?

The following tips for staying healthy in the colder months may come as obvious to you, but really think about if you do in fact focus on these parts of your health every week. Sometimes we need a simple reminder in the form of a blog post to get us back on track and thinking about putting our health first.

You’ll notice that this guide to staying healthy is not just about nutrition, although that’s a big part of it. Health begins with a balance of wellness in both the mind and body.

If you’re eating nutritious food but constantly stressed about little things at work, you will not reach your full healthy potential. Likewise, if you’re starting to exercise everyday but never getting enough sleep at night, you probably won’t feel at all energized or happy the next day.

Read through this list, take it in, and start to realize how interconnected every aspect of our mind and body are in terms of health. Try to hit each one of these goals for a month straight and see if you notice a difference in how you feel. It may seem like a lot of different aspects to focus on right now, but once you get into the habit, you will thank yourself later.

Hydration is Key

Hydration, hydration, hydration…hydration. The fact is, it’s hard for the average person to stay properly hydrated throughout the day, to reach that impossible 8 glasses of water.

The best advice I can give you is it’s all about making it a habit. When you wake up, have a glass of water with your morning coffee. Before you go to bed at night, drink a glass of water. Instead of reaching for that coke at lunchtime, you guessed it, reach for water instead.

Some people have a hard time enjoying the taste (or lack thereof) of water. If you’re one of those, opt for sparkling flavored water or hot tea.

Goal: Stay conscious of how much water your getting a day, and always try to one up yourself until you reach your personal goal of water intake.

Focus on a Nutritious Diet

The winter can be the hardest time to have a nutritious diet, there are so many indulgences around this time of the year it’s very easy to slip into bad habits.

Instead of the the warm comfort foods or canned overly-salted soups that are taunting you, try making your own soups and stews from home with fresh winter vegetables that have a high amount of vitamins and nutrients. Sweet potatoes, green leafy vegetables, and beetroot are all great winter vegetables to try in a soup.

It’s great if your diet also includes plenty of legumes, wholegrains, nuts and seeds, and uses a lot of herbs and spices to round it out.

Try to eliminate sugar as much as possible – I realize this is easier said than done with the giant more chocolate popping up in the grocery store these days.

Goal: Try to go a whole month with little to no sugar in your diet (before Christmas!) and make 2 new homemade soups with delicious winter vegetables.

Exercise Regularly

There’s no doubt about it, it’s hard to exercise regularly as it starts getting colder outside. Your body’s natural response is to curl up under mountains of blankets and watch Netflix marathons while sipping hot cocoa.

I get it, I really do, but you have to start thinking about your body too! If it’s more attractive, think of moving your exercise indoors where it’s warmer. At the gym, or at home with weights, or a yoga mat and your ability to do jumping jacks. Whatever will keep you moving, do that.

If you’re more of the runner type or still want to spend time moving around outdoors, make sure to spend extra time warming up your joints inside to avoid any unnecessary strains or discomforts.

Goal: Exercise 3x a week for 1-2 hours at a time. If you’re feeling adventurous, try out a few different types of exercise – both indoors and outdoors – to see what motivates you the most.

Reduce Stress

Stress takes everything happy out of your life and puts it into a pinhole perspective of negativity. And ironic enough, the most stressful time of the year is usually around the holidays.

A small amount of stress can be good and keep you motivated to do what you need to get done. For the most part; however, stress is a very, very bad thing to give into.

Some of us lead much more stressful lives than others, usually depending on our socioeconomic status or our careers. Regardless of your amount of stress in life, there are always ways to at least try to reduce it or combat it completely. A lot of those de-stressing tactics use the idea of mindfulness.

Taking a step back to survey your life and the root of your stress, can be incredibly successful in making you realize either how unimportant that stressful item is in the scheme of things, or how unhelpful stress is in working through the issue.

Goal: Take up a mindfulness hobby this month – whether that be yoga, meditation, or singing away your blues in the shower. Whatever works for your personality and gets you out of your stress bubble.

Get Enough Sleep

This is such an important tip to follow in life, and one that’s hard to adhere to sometimes in our busy lives. Sleep allows your body to recover and renew.

Similar to an iPhone that’s low on battery charge and stressing you out with the chance it could shutdown on you, your body can get overwhelmed mentally and physically a lot quicker with a lack of sleep.

Everybody is different in the amount of sleep you need, and it also depends on how active you are on a day-to-day basis. In general, it’s best to set aside 7-9 hours of sleep a night for your body to rest and feel good the next day.

Goal: For the next month, never dip below 7 hours of sleep. Download an app such as SleepCycle onto your phone, which records your sleep patterns and gives you insight on how your sleep could be better depending on your lifestyle.

Wash Your Hands

You may think this as a way too obvious recommendation, but I can’t tell you how many times I’ve walked into a public bathroom stall, heard the stall door open next to me and footsteps echoing out the door without a squeeze of soap or a hint of water spilled from the faucet.

That my friends, is what I call gross. And more importantly, unsanitary. So many germs are spread from not washing our hands before cooking, after taking out the trash, and yes, even after using the bathroom.

Take that extra minute to let the tap warm up and use hot soapy water to wash your hands properly.

Goal: This should be a life goal – always wash you hands after using the bathroom. That goes for you too, guys!

Boost Immunity

Although a nutritious diet is one of the most important gifts you can give to your body, sometimes you need an extra little kick in immunity as well. We’ve talked a lot on this blog about how you can boost immunity and why it’s important to do so.

Immunity makes your body strong to fight against those viruses and seasonal attacks that can be so nasty once they get inside your body.

However, there are a variety of ways you can go about boosting your immunity depending on your preference. Echinacea, garlic, vitamin C, and zinc are also great for supporting a healthy immune system, whether you decide to take supplements or find them in fresh foods.

It could also be the time to start thinking about getting that flu shot if you haven’t already yet.

Goal: Focus on boosting your immunity once a day through herbal tea, food that contains one of the immune boosting elements above, or through a daily supplement.

Stay in Contact With Loved Ones

Don’t you always feel a rush of contentment or happiness after a long catch-up on the phone with a friend/mom/dad/you name it that you really love?

How about when you get a surprise postcard in the mail from your daughter who’s living across the country right now? How about just making a house call to your grandma who lives down the street?

Again, with busier and busier lives in the modern age, we sometimes push these interactions to the side and justify it by saying we’ll see them at the holiday.

Not only is life short and we’ll never truly know how much time we have with our loved ones, but these interaction provide you with a type of social proof and acceptance that makes you feel part of a community. This is very important to our mental wellbeing as humans.

In other words, these connections make you feel loved and respected, they tend to make you have a positive outlook on life, and thus provide you with a healthy mindset. Plus, it never hurts to make other around you feel nice and fuzzy inside.

Goal: Send a few handmade notes in the mail this month to people you respect and love, just to say hi and let them know you’re thinking of them.

Surround Yourself with Natural Light

Did you know that on average about 4 to 6 percent of people suffer from Seasonal Affective Disorder or SAD? Up to 10 to 20 percent of people can have a mild version of it, and SAD is also four times more common in women than it is in men.

There are a few ways to combat this type of seasonal depression, but one of the best ways is through light therapy. You can do this by purchasing a light box and/or surrounding yourself in places that provide a lot of natural lighting.

I’m attracted to places with a lot of natural light because I know it makes me feel happy, whether that be in a new cafe or the apartment that I choose to lease. I’m not the minority in thinking this way either, natural light has proven to be effective it making people feel content, happy, productive, and even inspired creatively.

Unfortunately, with the colder months and the lessening sunshine, natural light isn’t always possible or easily accessible. When this happens, try out a light box and see if it makes a difference in your overall wellbeing this winter.

Goal: Find a new cafe to go to in the morning that has great natural light, and notice if it makes you feel overall more happy when you start your day there.

– – – – – – – –

As I’ve said before and I’ll say it again, our happiness and wellbeing our interlinked by a multitude of aspects in life pertaining to our health. I hope you’ll try out a few of these tips and notice a difference this holiday season in your energy levels and health.

As Andy Williams once said, “it’s the most wonderful time of the year”. Don’t let poor health spoil a time meant for appreciating your family, friends, and the little things in life that make us happy.

4 Ways to Use Papaya For Beauty – by Herbal Papaya

4 Ways to Use Papaya for Beauty by Herbal Papaya
http://www.herbalpapaya.com

Papaya, the new age of natural beauty! The fruit’s benefits don’t just stop at good health.

Papaya is one of the most versatile fruits out there, as I’m sure you already know if you’ve been reading our blog for awhile.

Did you know that papaya is also used around the world as a beauty product? It could be hard to resist the fresh smell of these papaya beauty products, and if you take the time to try them out, you may be surprised at how much they can improve your beauty routine and overall life goals for glowing skin.

Papaya Leaf Tea Bags

This beauty trick can actually work with any teabag, but why not use our Herbal Papaya Leaf Tea? According to Real Simple, tea bags can help soothe bug bites, stings, and even sunburns. After you drink your tea, make sure the tea bag is cooled and let it sit for five minutes either on the bug bite or sting, and watch as the tea naturally helps ease the itchiness and irritated skin patch.

If you’re trying to soothe a sunburn, brew a pot of tea and pour it into a bath of mildly warm water. Once you jump in, you’ll start to feel relief from the sun damage of the day.

Papaya Soap

If you use papaya soap, you could be rewarded with a variety of positive skin results. We loved reading through this article on Livestrong’s website about all of the fantastic benefits that papaya soap can give to your skin.

Most notably, exfoliation. Because papaya contains the enzyme papain, it is able to facilitate protein breakdowns with water. This is perfect for removing dead skin cells and getting rid of dry and flaky skin. Papaya soap therefore can also help with acne, since acne is simply an abundance of dead skin cells that are clogging up pores instead of shedding.

Papaya Facemask

Similar to the effects of body soap, a papaya face mask can help you thoroughly exfoliate the skin cells on your face. Papayas are rich in vitamins E and C, as well as that powerhouse enzyme papain, which all help to get rid of dead skin cells and reveal brightened skin underneath. Because of these attributes, papaya easily becomes a natural exfoliator and great fruit with which to create a DIY face mask.

All for staying frugal, we loved this post by Minimalist Beauty – go to their website, on how to make a papaya face mask at home using all natural ingredients to help keep your skin smooth and soft.

Papaya Shampoo

You’re probably thinking by this point that papaya can very well become your one-stop beauty product and you may just be right – you can also use papaya for hair health! Papaya shampoo have been known to help with hair loss, reduce dandruff (those pesky dead skin cells again!), and soften hair while restoring its natural shine and adding volume.

If you want to try out your own papaya hair treatment at home and witness the benefits yourself, check out the DIY papaya honey hair mask by Daily Curlz – look on their website.

What is the Scoop on Papaya Seeds? by Herbal Papaya

What’s the Scoop on Papaya Seeds? by Herbal Papaya
http://www.herbalpapaya.com

The many health benefits to be found in papaya seeds.

Papaya seeds are often overlooked when eating the juicy fruit they’re encased in, but their unique health benefits are not something that should be ignored.

In general, papaya has antioxidant nutrients such as carotenes, vitamins A, C and E, and flavonoids, which are all good for supporting immunity. Papayas are also known for how strong they are in fiber.

Papaya leaves, specifically, are popular due to their blood support capabilities and how well they promote a clean bloodstream and maintain blood platelet functions.

So, where does that leave papaya seeds? What is the scoop on those little black seeds in the middle of the papaya fruit that people think are inedible?

Well, it’s time to start eating your seeds people and here’s why.

The Benefits of Papaya Seed

Digestion

The most well-known benefit to papaya seeds is how they help in digestion. Papayas contain the enzyme papain, which supports a healthy digestive tract and aids in removing toxins. Papaya seeds especially are rich in papain, which can be seen in how they’re sometimes used to help fight against parasites and intestinal worms.

Similar to how papain breaks down undigested protein waste, it can also break down parasites and their eggs. A healthy level of enzymes like papain tend to make your intestinal tract less hospitable to worms and parasites.

In addition to papain, papaya seeds contain carpaine, an anthelmintic alkaloid that is also good at disposing of parasitic worms.

Liver Cleansing

In traditional Chinese medicine, a teaspoon of papaya seeds may aid in removing harmful toxins from the liver. Papaya seeds have been used for centuries in improving vital functions of the liver and for good reason.

Because of the cleansing benefits of papaya, it is sometimes used in people with excessive alcohol consumption.

Besides reducing the negative effects of alcohol, papaya seeds can also prevent or support cases of food poisoning. Papaya seeds are thought to have a potent antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effect on the digestive system, which helps kill bacterial infections such as E coli, Salmonella and Staph.

How to Eat Them

Papaya seeds have a taste that’s reminiscent of black pepper and wasabi. Because of their flavor profile, papaya seeds are often used as a pepper substitute.

You can eat them whole and straight from the papaya but they will have a somewhat bitter taste. Other people enjoy grinding them down with a pestle and mortar to powder form and sprinkling them on their food.

If you want to eat papaya seeds whole but they’re too bitter for your tastebuds, try them with a teaspoon of honey to sweeten them in a natural way.

Things to Know

There are many benefits that come from eating papaya seeds, but as with anything, they are best to use in moderation. Many people can eat a teaspoon of papaya seeds a day, but if you double or triple that intake, you could actually increase digestive problems.

It is recommended that you start out with small portions, and work up to the suggested daily amount to allow your stomach to become accustomed to the bitter flavors and papain enzyme.

When eating papaya seeds, make sure to chew them and don’t just swallow them whole. The reason for this is because of how tough the outside shell of the seed is, it’s unlikely to be broken down during digestion.

Because of their fertility effects, it’s recommended to avoid papaya seeds if you’re trying to get pregnant and during your pregnancy.

Conclusion

As you can see, there are various health benefits from papaya seeds and many different ways to eat them. So, next time you finish a papaya instead of avoiding the seeds, try a few and see what you think. They’re just another factor to why papayas are such an important fruit for our bodies and why they’re often called Fruit of the Angels.
