If you are not familiar with this product or Zelenko Labs, Dr. Zev Zelenko of blessed memory, was at the forefront of finding help for those who were dealing with covid and also for preventative measures to help boost the immune system and keep you healthy and strong. This 1st formula came about because of a need to have a product that didn’t require a prescription to use because the drugs, namely hydroxychlorquine and ivermectin were becoming exceedingly hard to find and therefore Dr. Zelenko researched what were good alternatives that have the same/similar results as they do and he put together this formula that has synergistic affects in the body and has helped so many people and still is. Since his passing last Jun 30/22 many other products have been formulated and are being sold and also products for children and new ones in the works. This is from an email newletter I receive weekly. How to get the most out of Z-Stack®? Here are some great tips and tricks on the best times and methods to take your Z-Stack® to get the incredible benefits of this powerful formula. As labeled on the bottle, Z-Stack® is intended to take 2 capsules daily. We advise you to start by taking one in the morning and one at night. Below are some great tips on each of the vitamins that are in Z-Stack® and how they are best absorbed: For Zinc: You should take it with water or juice. If zinc causes an upset stomach, it can be taken with meals. Don’t take zinc at the same time as iron or calcium supplements. A strong relationship exists between zinc and copper. Too much of one can cause a deficiency in the other. If you take zinc, including zinc in a multivitamin, you should also take copper. Zinc is best absorbed when taken with a meal that contains protein. For Vitamin D: Avocados, nuts, seeds, full-fat dairy products, and eggs are nutritious sources of fat that help boost your vitamin D absorption. For Vitamin C: The best way to consume vitamin C for optimum absorption is to supplement it together with iron. This is why it is commonplace to drink orange juice with your cereal. The iron in the cereal helps you to better absorb the vitamin C in the orange juice. Some other food pairings for maximized vitamin C absorption include blueberries and oatmeal, greens with a citrus dressing, or red bell peppers dipped in hummus. For Quercetin: Quercetin is popular as a supplement, often combined with other nutrients such as bromelain or vitamin C because it is not easily absorbed and used in the body on its own. When paired with vitamin C, it is more potent [in the body] and vitamin C helps to regenerate quercetin within the body (our original Z-Stack® combines both)! As with many supplements, taking quercetin with food is recommended. So ideally the best time to take it is with your breakfast or evening meal.
