Here is the email I received from the recruiter.

Hello,

Thank you for registering for our study! We would like you to invite
your friends or family members to participate in our upcoming
interviews.

The research study takes place 03/22-03/30/2018. Participants will be
paid $150 as a thank you. A recruiter must call and invite all
participants to participate prior to the interview.
